Downington Place contemporary luxury townhomes in Sugar House are settled in the heart of one of Salt Lake City’s most iconic neighborhoods. Large, open floor plans gives the personal space of a home but also the potential to downsize, offering more maintenance free living. Below is a glimpse of my work on the branding, print and digital collaterals, and the website (plus some photography of the staged interior therein). All three units of the Downington Place luxury townhomes sold at 1.28 million each several months after launch.
